       Beyond our stellar performance, Tone's number one goal is customer service.  We want to make our part of your special day as stress free as possible for you, your coordinator and your venue.  Russell Mayes, our leader will DJ music and Emcee completely FREE of any extra fees. Tone will be available to learn special songs when requested in advance, most times free of charge.  Tone can supply sound for your ceremony if contracted. Ceremony music can easily be arranged as well, DJ'd or LIVE with a small acoustic solo duo or trio intimate ensemble.   Tone is here for you!  We take great professional pride in making amazing events amazing memories.

       Tone is a favorite of Austin bands for weddings and wedding receptions. Tone specializes in wedding receptions and can make your wedding reception an exquisite success! Tone is also a perfect specialized band for Houston wedding receptions as well. There are many bands and ensembles in the Houston area, but very few with the versatile and enormous song selection of TONE. TONE is also an available Dallas FT. Worth band, booking wedding receptions and other private events in that region. San Antonio is one of our favorite cities to perform in and Tone’s vocalists were long term resident performers of the number one entertainment band of San Antonio. One won’t find many Austin Bands, San Antonio bands, Houston bands, or Central Texas Bands that can keep the dance floor full and jumping all night like Tone. Hit after hit Tone Pleases audiences of all ages; one won’t find any Austin wedding bands, Houston wedding bands, San Antonio wedding bands, or Dallas Wedding bands that captivate and entertain like TONE. Because Tone is a self contained mobile show, they are considered an Austin local band, a Houston local band, a Dallas local band, and San Antonio local band and its members were derived mostly from the best wedding band in Texas years ago.

    TONE specializes in wedding receptions and can make your special day a phenomenal success! Our leader, Russell Warren Mayes is available to emcee for all the peak moments at your reception including announcing of bride and groom, best man toast, bouquet and garter toss, cutting of the cake and any momentous event you may have planned completely FREE of any extra charge. Typically, while guests are eating dinner during our first set, we perform breathtaking dinner music that people can dance to if they prefer, but is NEVER too loud if they care to enjoy their dinner and converse comfortably.  As the event elevates towards it's climax we increase our volume, Our light show becomes more exciting and of course and we perform more intense Dance Hits.  We are always willing to perform at a reasonable volume and have never once been required to turn our 4000 Watt PA anywhere near "11."  Generally, we perform over a four hour period, which consists of three one hour sets with two half hour breaks.   Various wedding activities (cutting cake, bouquet toss, etc.) usually are coordinated to occur during those breaks. Tone can be booked to play overtime on the night of the event, or in advance if desired. To keep the party momentum going, our leader Russell Warren Mayes will DJ Music on our breaks as well, completely FREE of Charge.  We have hundreds of songs that we can choose from, to match any sort of crowd we are playing for. Tone’s is a much larger selection than most wedding bands have. We play all genres, including standards (Sinatra, Nat King Cole, etc.), Motown, Disco, oldies for maturing guests as well as current Pop and Hip Hop dance, country and Rock &Roll if the crowd is into it.  We cover every era of commercial music fluidly changing styles to please the crowd and keep the dance floor packed all night. The group can wear tuxedos and Gowns,  Suits and black dresses, Dress casual or even add crazy themed costumes later in the night to amuse and entertain your guest more outrageously!
